Callum (he/him) has over 13 years of testing experience across multiple domains from finance to public safety. For all of these he has been an out member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Using his background in psychology, Callum engages teams with quality narratives surrounding human factors; providing insights on how individual and diverse users will engage and experience their products in different ways.
In his spare time, he advocates for diversity and inclusion within engineering and he’s also a kick-ass Dungeon Master.

Phoebe Blair (she/her), Client Services Administrator and Social Media Executive at Thompson Alexander has worked in the Recruitment Industry for two years, and specifically in Testing Recruitment for over 18 months.
